“Exchange Workshops” are practical, hands-on sessions that provide our students with useful transversal technical skills for their theses and later careers.

In these workshops, volunteering PhD candidates with previous experience on a topic will act as instructors, and, with the help of their advisors, share their expertise in a fun and stimulating tutorial session with the rest of the group. Through this initiative, students can learn from and help their peers, while broadening their knowledge, skillset and tools.

Workshop topics are suggested by the students themselves and selected based on their interest for a large part of the group. To submit a suggestion for the topic of a future workshop, or to volunteer as an instructor, please contact Mario Merino (mario.merino@uc3m.es).
