Thesis Talk 2023

The Doctoral School and the Vice-Rectorate of Studies of the University Carlos III of Madrid announce the seventh edition of THESIS TALK.
In THESIS TALK, our doctoral students are invited to present the what, how, and why of their research project to a non-specialist audience in just 3 minutes, with a fixed slide as the only support element.

The Doctoral School highlights the importance of the research projects carried out in its doctoral programmes and promotes their dissemination through a format and language adapted to a non-specialist audience.

THESIS TALK 2023 will be developed in a hybrid format: a pre-selection phase in a virtual format and a final face-to-face phase.
2 transversal training credits. Free registration.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE
THESIS TALK 2023 is open to all our doctoral students enrolled in the 2022-2023 academic year, including those who have participated in previous editions.

REGISTRATION
Those interested should register in two steps:

• Fill in the registration form before 10 April (23:59 h., CEST).
• Send the video of your presentation + the slideshow to escueladoctorado@uc3m.es, either as email attachments or links to your cloud storage, by 3 May (23:59 h., CEST).
