MENTORING PROGRAMME for teaching and research staff at uc3m:
Aimed at 3rd and 4th year PhD students who are interested in learning about professional alternatives outside the academic sphere: it facilitates the accompaniment of a professional with a solid track record to share their experiences and provide an insight into the non-academic professional world.
Useful information:
- Duration 6 months (excluding July and August).
- From March to October 2023.
- Meetings between mentor and mentee once a month (minimum).
- They will be face-to-face or online (to be decided by mutual agreement).
