Here you can find our new PhD students who started their journey with us last fall.
- Fateme Baneshi is doing her research under the supervision of Manuel Soler and the title of her thesis is “Network-wide Robust Climate Optimal Aircraft Trajectory Planning”.
- Mattea Guaita is carrying out his research within the project “PROMETEO – Propulsión por plasma y fusión nuclear: innovando el transporte espacial” and the title of his thesis is “Kinetic modelling of plasma thruster plumes”.
- Luca Scalia is currently doing his PhD under the supervision of Rauno Cavallaro and Andrea Cini and the title of his thesis is “Development of design tools for virtual certification of new generation wings”.
- Pelayo Vázquez Rodríguez is doing a PhD in collaboration with INTA (Instituto Nacional de Técnica Aeroespacial) and the title of his thesis is ‘Autonomous Control of Flight Formation by Drag and Lift Maneuvers at LEO, with the support of GPS system’.
